New Guided Meditation: Meditation for Love and World Healing

Guided Meditations, Mindfulness Tips & Resources , , 0 Comments

This year, 2020, has been a particularly intense and difficult year for many people around the globe. With the COVID-19 pandemic, people are scared and worried, mourning, or lonely. Some people may even feel angry and frustrated. Tensions are high with the U.S. political climate as well and more people are speaking up for their rights and rights of others. And many people are struggling with job loss, loss of friends and family, or loss of hope. It is hard to keep up hope and easy to lose sight of peace, love, and healing. That’s why I created this new meditation on love and world healing.

This meditation for love and world healing was written to bring peace of mind to you individually, but to also help you set the intention of spreading love and peace to the people surrounding you, and ultimately, the rest of the world. The meditation is approximately 22 minutes long and makes use of breath and visualization exercises to help you feel and share peace and healing.

There are two versions of this meditation. One is just the guided voice. The other is the guided voice with a background babbling brook sound. The babbling brook was recorded at the Audubon Society’s Broad Meadow Brook trail in Worcester, MA.

Each meditation is available for download as an MP3 file. You may download and use this for free as much as you like. You are welcome to share this with others, but please link back to MorningTimbers.com and give appropriate credit and do not try to sell this piece for your own profit.

I hope this meditation brings you some peace and healing and that you are able to share that sense of peace with others in your life. Thank you!
